If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children under the age of 5 are free if they sleep in the same bed with their parents.
There is no possibility to add extra beds.
Pets are allowed, with a telephone in advance.
